Deposit for The Tributary ExperienceCANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY:
A $5,000.00 deposit is required when booking your hunt. We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellation must be made in writing via email.• To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.• Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled stay are non-refundable.• 3% Credit Card Fee will be added to your purchase
If you wish to reschedule your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new dates, subject to availability.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, etc.) we will work with affected guests to provide a full refund or alternate arrangements.
REFUND PROCESS:
Approved refunds will be processed with 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
